Girls’ Night Out vendor space sold out!
Stuart – With more than two months to go before the doors open on an evening of shopping and chocolate indulgence, Girls Night Out is already showing signs of tremendous success - and chocolate deliciousness.
"We're not really sure if it's the theme, the timing, or the online sales, but we're already sold out of vendor space and we've sold more than a quarter of our tickets," said Lynn Hayden, committee co-chair for the 2012 Girls Night Out - J'aime le Chocolat - an evening of chocolate and retail therapy.
The event is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., November 8, at Indian Riverside Park, in Jensen Beach and will benefit United for Families and its Road to Success program.
“This is an important program to us,” said Heidi Sanchez, whose Heidi Everywhere networking business is the event’s Godiva sponsor. “United for Families is responsible for children in foster care in our community, and we need to help them provide the best care possible to those children.
“The Girls Night Out committee is particularly interested in helping those children who are aging out of foster care and need a little help to become independent and successful adults,” said Sanchez, who is also a longtime committee member.
Tickets to Girls Night Out are $15 and include entrance to the event, unlimited shopping, signature chocolate raspberry martinis and chocolate-themed appetizers and desserts by Di'Michelli's, Bottom's Up and Eventful Moments. Order online at www.uff.us.
