Girls’ Night Out booked with vendors!

Stuart – On your mark. Get set. Get out those checkbooks!

More than 15 vendors will await guests at the fifth annual Girls Night Out when doors open at  5:30 p.m. November 8 at Indian Riverside Park. Vendors will sell their goods, while women shop and sip wine. This year's theme is J’aime le Chocolate – chocolate and retail therapy – and will feature chocolate-themed appetizers, desserts and a signature chocolate martini from Bottom’s Up Beverages, Di’Michelli’s Catering and Eventful Moments.

Tickets are $15 and, for the first time this year, are available online at www.uff.us after Labor Day.

Tasha Chen and Lynn Hayden are reprising their long-standing roles as event co-chairs.
Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit United for Families, the not-for-profit agency that manages child-welfare services in St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River and Okeechobee counties.

Chen said she and several other businesswomen wanted to organize the benefit to help local children. They learned about United for Families at a local chamber of commerce event and decided to throw their support behind the organization.

The event has grown over the years, attracting several new sponsors each year and usually selling out early.

“It’s an incredible event – one we look forward to every year,” said Heidi Drew, whose business, Heidi Everywhere, is this year’s Godiva sponsor. “There are a lot of girls-night events out there, but this one has gained a lot of traction over the years, and we think it’s the best one.”

If you are interested in being an event vendor, please contact Hayden at lynn@weareinstyle.com.
